지난 7월 10일 정식으로 창립 출범을 한 참여예산부천시민네트워크입니다.
부천지역에서 정식 창립출범과함께 첫 사업으로 지난 7월 1일로 제 5대 지방의회 출범 1주년을 맞아 "제5대 부천시의회 의원 평가 보고서"를 내었습니다..
의원에 대한 평가는 속기록 분석을 통한 발언횟수 중심으로 성실성을 평가 하였고(발언의 수위나 내용의 성실성에 대하여는 모니터 분들의 주관개입을 부정 할 수 없어 공표하지 않음) 부천시 의회에 대한 전반적 평가를 하였습니다
